1. About these terms
These terms apply when you browse DealerStock, create an account, manage dealership stock, or create a personal advert. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Marketplace service
DealerStock helps sellers publish vehicle listings and helps buyers discover them. We do not sell vehicles, act as an agent for a sale, inspect vehicles, or guarantee a seller, buyer, vehicle, price, availability, mileage, history or specification. Any arrangement is directly between buyer and seller.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account details secure and use the service lawfully. Do not upload misleading, unlawful, infringing or inappropriate content; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorised access; or use user information for unsolicited marketing.
4. Dealer Pro and personal adverts
Dealer Pro users must have authority to connect a dealership website and are responsible for imported stock accuracy. Personal accounts may have up to three approved live adverts at once. Approved adverts can remain live for up to 30 days; drafts do not use the allowance, and sold, removed and expired adverts free a place. Sellers must only advertise vehicles they are entitled to sell and must provide accurate details and photos.
5. Content and enquiries
You retain ownership of uploaded content but allow DealerStock to host, display and process it to operate the service. Sellers are responsible for enquiries they receive. Buyers must independently check identity, condition, history, finance status, ownership, specification and availability before paying or proceeding.
6. Suspension and liability
We may remove listings, restrict access or close accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DealerStock is not liable for losses from a vehicle transaction, third-party content, seller or buyer conduct, or service interruption. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
